本アプリケーション「WindBalloon」（以下、「当アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報の保護を極めて重要と考え、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

This application "WindWisp" (the "App") considers the protection of users' personal information to be of the utmost importance, and has established the following Privacy Policy.

1. 当アプリの基本的な仕組み1. How the App Works

当アプリは、気象データ（風向き・風速）をもとに、仮想の風船を飛ばして各地の精霊と出会うエンターテインメントアプリです。風船は常に富士山山頂、または前回精霊と出会った地点から出発する仮想上の座標として管理されており、ユーザーの実際の現在地情報（GPS）を取得することはありません。

The App is an entertainment app in which you launch a virtual balloon, guided by wind data (direction and speed), to meet spirits around the world. The balloon's position is always managed as a virtual coordinate starting from the summit of Mt. Fuji, or from wherever you last met a spirit. The App never collects your actual real-world location (GPS).

2. 取得する情報および利用目的2. Information We Collect and How It's Used

• ニックネーム・アバター（絵文字）・年代・趣味タグ・一言メッセージ： ユーザーが任意に設定するプロフィール情報です。他のユーザーの地図上に、風船の位置とあわせて表示されるほか、後述の「文通機能」で出会った相手にも表示されます。氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報とは無関係です。
• 匿名ID（Firebase Anonymous Authentication）： 他のユーザーと風船の位置情報を区別して表示するため、アプリ初回起動時に自動生成されます。氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報とは一切紐付きません。
• 仮想風船の位置情報： 気象データをもとに計算された、仮想の風船の緯度経度です。ユーザーの実際の居場所を示すものではありません。この情報は、他のユーザーの地図上に風船の様子を表示するため、Firebase（Google LLC）のデータベースに保存されます。
• 文通機能で送受信する手紙の本文： 一定の条件（距離・飛行時間）を満たして「出会った」ユーザー同士が、互いの同意のもとで送り合う、実際のメッセージです。当アプリのデータベース（Firebase）を経由して、相手ユーザーの端末に届けられます。内容について、当開発者が自動的に閲覧・利用することはありません。
• ゲーム内の進行状況（風船の状態、精霊図鑑の収集状況、アイテムの所持数、神経衰弱イベントの記録など）： 基本的にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。精霊図鑑の収集数（レベル表示用）のみ、ランキング表示・地図表示のため、Firebaseのデータベースにも保存されます。
• 購入情報： アプリ内課金（消費型アイテム・非消費型アイテム・サブスクリプション）の購入・利用状況です。決済処理はすべてApple Inc.のシステムを通じて行われ、当開発者がクレジットカード情報等を直接取得することはありません。

• Nickname, avatar (emoji), age range, hobby tags, and bio: Profile information you optionally set. It's shown alongside your balloon on other users' maps, and to anyone you meet through the Correspondence feature (described below). None of this is linked to identifying information such as your real name or email address.
• Anonymous ID (Firebase Anonymous Authentication): Automatically generated the first time you open the app, so your balloon can be distinguished from other users' balloons. It is never linked to your name, email address, or other personal information.
• Virtual balloon location: The latitude and longitude of your virtual balloon, calculated from wind data. It does not reflect your actual location. This is stored in a Firebase (Google LLC) database so your balloon can be shown on other users' maps.
• Letters sent and received through Correspondence: Once two users who have "met" (by satisfying distance and flight-time conditions) both agree to correspond, the actual messages they exchange are delivered to the other user's device via the App's database (Firebase). The developer does not automatically read or make use of this content.
• In-game progress (balloon state, Spirit Collection progress, item counts, Memory Match event records, etc.): Generally stored only on your device. Only your Spirit Collection count (used to show your level) is also stored in the Firebase database, for ranking and map display purposes.
• Purchase information: Records of in-app purchases (consumable items, non-consumable items, subscriptions) and their usage. All payment processing is handled through Apple Inc.'s systems; the developer never directly obtains your credit card information.

3. データの保存と外部送信について3. Data Storage and External Transmission

• ゲームの進行状況（風船の飛行データ、図鑑、アイテム等）は、基本的にユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 他のユーザーとの位置共有・出会いのため、ニックネーム・アバター・仮想風船の位置・見た目（画像名）・精霊図鑑の収集数（レベル表示用）が、Firebase（Google LLC）のデータベースに保存され、他の全ユーザーから閲覧可能な状態になります。
• 「文通してみる」を選んだユーザー同士が実際に文通を始めた場合、送り合う手紙の本文も、Firebaseのデータベースを経由して、相手ユーザーの端末に届けられます。この内容は、送信者・受信者以外の第三者や、当開発者が通常閲覧することはありません。
• 気象データ（風向き・風速）の取得には、Open-Meteo（気象データ提供サービス）を利用する場合があります。この際に送信されるのは仮想風船の緯度経度のみであり、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。

• Game progress (balloon flight data, Spirit Collection, items, etc.) is generally stored only on your device.
• To share your position with, and enable encounters with, other users, your nickname, avatar, virtual balloon position, appearance (image name), and Spirit Collection count (for level display) are stored in a Firebase (Google LLC) database and visible to all other users.
• If two users who selected "Start Corresponding" actually begin corresponding, the letter text they exchange is also delivered to the other user's device via the Firebase database. This content is not normally viewed by anyone other than the sender and recipient, including the developer.
• Open-Meteo (a weather data provider) may be used to obtain wind data (direction and speed). Only your virtual balloon's latitude and longitude are sent for this purpose; no personally identifying information is included.

4. 通知について4. Notifications

当アプリは、風船が飛行している間、ユーザーが設定した時刻に1日1回、また神経衰弱イベントの開催時間（1日4回）に、ローカル通知（端末内で完結する通知）を送信します。これはApple標準の通知機能を利用したものであり、通知の内容自体が外部サーバーを経由することはありません。

While your balloon is flying, the App sends one local notification per day at a time you choose, and additional local notifications for the Memory Match event (four times a day). These use Apple's standard notification system, and the notification content itself does not pass through an external server.

5. アプリ内課金について5. In-App Purchases

当アプリでは、App Storeを介したアプリ内課金（消費型アイテム、非消費型の見た目・プラン、自動更新サブスクリプション）を提供しています。

• 決済および購入情報の管理はすべてApple Inc.のシステムを通じて安全に行われます。当開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済詳細を直接取得・保持することはありません。
• 自動更新サブスクリプション（移動速度ブースト等）は、契約期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動的に更新されます。解約はiOSの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行ってください。

The App offers in-app purchases through the App Store (consumable items, non-consumable appearances/plans, and auto-renewing subscriptions).

• All payment and purchase-record management is handled securely through Apple Inc.'s systems. The developer never directly obtains or retains your credit card information or payment details.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions (such as speed boosts) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

6. 第三者サービスについて6. Third-Party Services

当アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Firebase（Google LLC）： 匿名認証、他ユーザーとの風船位置共有、文通機能（手紙の送受信）、ランキング集計に使用。Firebaseプライバシーポリシー
• Open-Meteo： 気象データ（風向き・風速）の取得に使用する場合があります。個人情報は送信されません。

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for anonymous authentication, sharing balloon positions with other users, the Correspondence feature (sending/receiving letters), and ranking aggregation. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Open-Meteo: May be used to obtain wind data (direction and speed). No personal information is sent.

7. 未成年者のご利用について7. Use by Minors

当アプリは、ニックネーム機能を通じて他のユーザーに表示名が公開される仕組みや、他のユーザーと実際にメッセージをやり取りする「文通機能」を含みます。未成年者がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の理解のもとでのご利用をお願いいたします。実名や個人が特定できる情報をニックネーム・一言メッセージ・手紙の内容に使用しないようご注意ください。

The App includes a nickname feature that displays your name to other users, and a Correspondence feature that lets you exchange actual messages with other users. If a minor uses the App, we ask that this be done with a parent or guardian's understanding. Please avoid using your real name or other identifying information in your nickname, bio, or letters.

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

当アプリは、法令の制定・改正やアプリのアップデートに伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを随時変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート情報にてお知らせします。

The App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or app updates. Significant changes will be announced through the app's update notes.

本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、「WindBalloon」（以下、「当アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。当アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。当アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "WindWisp" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. サービスの内容1. Description of the Service

当アプリは、気象データをもとに仮想の風船を飛ばし、届いた場所の「風の精霊」と出会うエンターテインメントサービスです。また、条件を満たした他のユーザーと出会い、文通（メッセージのやり取り）を楽しむこともできます。風船の位置は気象データに基づいて計算されますが、これはあくまでゲーム上の演出であり、実際の気象・郵便配達等を保証するものではありません。

The App is an entertainment service in which you launch a virtual balloon guided by wind data and meet the "wind spirit" of wherever it arrives. You can also meet other users who satisfy certain conditions and enjoy Correspondence (exchanging messages) with them. While your balloon's position is calculated from wind data, this is purely a game mechanic and does not guarantee actual weather conditions or mail delivery.

2. 第三者サービスへの依存について2. Reliance on Third-Party Services

当アプリはFirebase、Open-Meteoをはじめとする第三者サービスを利用しています。

• これらの第三者サービスの仕様変更・料金改定・サービス終了・障害等により、当アプリの一部または全部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
• 上記の理由による機能停止・品質低下について、当開発者は責任を負いかねます。
• サービスの継続・品質維持に努めますが、永続的な提供を保証するものではありません。

The App relies on third-party services including Firebase and Open-Meteo.

• Changes to these services' specifications or pricing, their discontinuation, or outages may make some or all of the App's features unavailable.
• The developer is not responsible for service interruptions or reduced quality resulting from the above.
• While we make efforts to maintain service continuity and quality, we do not guarantee that any service will be available indefinitely.

3. 共有される情報について3. Shared Information

当アプリでは、ニックネーム・アバター・仮想風船の位置・見た目・精霊図鑑の収集数（レベル）が、他の全ユーザーから閲覧可能な状態で共有されます。また、文通機能を通じて、実際に出会ったユーザーとの間で手紙のやり取りが行われます。ユーザーは、これらの情報が公開・共有されることに同意した上でプロフィールを設定し、文通機能を利用するものとします。実名や個人を特定できる情報を、ニックネーム・一言メッセージ・手紙の内容に使用しないでください。

In the App, your nickname, avatar, virtual balloon position, appearance, and Spirit Collection count (level) are shared and visible to all other users. Through the Correspondence feature, you may also exchange letters with users you've actually met. By setting up a profile and using the Correspondence feature, you agree that this information will be made public and shared. Please do not include your real name or other identifying information in your nickname, bio, or letters.

4. アプリ内課金・サブスクリプションについて4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• 当アプリのアプリ内課金はすべてApple Inc.のシステムを通じて処理されます。
• 自動更新サブスクリプションは契約期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• キャンセルはiOSの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行ってください。
• 当開発者の都合によるサービス終了の場合を除き、購入済みの課金に対する返金は原則として行いません。返金が必要な場合はApple Inc.のサポートにお問い合わせください。
• 第三者サービスの料金改定等により、課金内容・価格を変更する場合があります。価格変更の際は事前にお知らせします。

• All in-app purchases in the App are processed through Apple Inc.'s systems.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Except where the developer discontinues the service, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Inc. support.
• Purchase content or pricing may change due to changes in third-party service costs. Any price changes will be announced in advance.

5. 禁止事項5. Prohibited Conduct

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 当アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改ざん・不正アクセス
• 他のユーザーに不快感を与えるニックネーム・一言メッセージ・手紙の内容の投稿
• 意図的に虚偽の位置情報を送信するなど、共有データを不正に操作する行為
• 複数のアカウント（匿名ID）を作成して利用制限を回避する行為
• その他、法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

当開発者は、禁止事項に該当すると判断した場合、事前の通知なくユーザーのデータを削除する場合があります。

Users must not do any of the following:

• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to the App
• Post nicknames, bios, or letter content that would offend other users
• Manipulate shared data improperly, such as by intentionally sending false location data
• Create multiple accounts (anonymous IDs) to circumvent usage restrictions
• Engage in any other conduct that violates the law or public order and morals

If the developer determines that a user has violated any of the above, we may delete that user's data without prior notice.

6. 免責事項6. Disclaimer

• ユーザーが当アプリを利用することによって生じた損害について、当開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
• 他のユーザーとの文通を通じて生じたトラブルについて、当開発者は責任を負いかねます。
• 当アプリの利用によって生じたデータの消失・破損について、当開発者は責任を負いかねます。

• The developer bears no responsibility for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• The developer is not responsible for disputes arising from correspondence with other users.
• The developer is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data resulting from use of the App.

7. 利用規約の変更7. Changes to These Terms

当開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート情報等にてお知らせします。変更後も当アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced through the app's update notes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。当アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location, as the court of first instance.
